NeuroStar TMS Therapy® is indicated for the treatment of Major Depressive
Disorder in adult patients who have failed to achieve satisfactory improvement from
one prior antidepressant medication at or above the minimal effective dose and duration
in the current episode.

NeuroStar TMS Therapy® may be covered by your health insurance provider on
a case-by-case basis. You can work with your provider and the
NeuroStar Care Connection (NCC) program
to seek coverage for your TMS Therapy if you qualify for participation. The NCC is staffed by trained case managers to help
you with the reimbursement process.
New therapies like NeuroStar TMS Therapy often are not
included in health insurance plans when they first become available to patients. It usually
takes time for health insurance plans to establish coverage policies for newly approved
technologies such as NeuroStar TMS Therapy. The objective for NeuroStar Care Connection
program staff is to assist you in obtaining coverage and reimbursement if you qualify for this program.
In the mean time, out-of-pocket payment for NeuroStar TMS Therapy may be required. NeuroStar
TMS Therapy can be paid from your healthcare flexible spending account. You can also work with
Clark Behavioral Health Financing
to develop a financing plan, if needed.
